Authorized Reseller Information

At Designworks Collective, we are committed to you—the resellers of our vibrant assortment of consumer brands that cultivate creativity. To protect our brands and the integrity of our authorized distribution channels in the United States, Designworks Collective and its subsidiaries have a fully implemented U.S. Authorized Seller Program, which was last updated January 1, 2023 for its Paddywax®, DesignWorks Ink®, Barrel & Oak®, fireflyTM, Gentleman’s HardwareTM, and Good Citizen Coffee® brands.

MAP Policy

Designworks Collective has implemented a unilateral Minimum Advertised Price Policy (“MAP Policy”), which applies to all authorized sellers of Designworks Collective products in the United States. A copy of the MAP Policy can be obtained by emailing our Customer Service Team at customerservice@paddywax.com.
